Saturday-Lower Body
10 am-12 am Functional Anatomy 
1 pm-3 pm Assisted Stretching 

Sunday-Upper Body
10 am-12 am Functional Anatomy
1 pm-3 pm Assisted Stretching

A functional anatomy course or a stretching course can also be learnt. 2,500 baht per course.

Details of Assisted Stretching & Functional Anatomy Course

(1) Assisted stretching relieves muscle tension with the aim of improving the muscular tension that causes pain and poor posture. 

(2) Learn about functional anatomy to maximise the effects of assisted stretching.

(3) Learn sports medicine so that you can administer safer and more effective stretches, as some stretching intensities can put stress on joints.

(4) This course is recommended for spa and Thai massage therapists, sports trainers, yoga teachers and others who want to become therapists who can explain the causes of pain and provide their clients with the best stretches for them.

(5) Lessons use iPad and skeleton to give you a good grounding even if you don't have any specialist knowledge. The course is suitable for both beginners and experienced therapists.
