Dynamic Posture Training Program

Dynamic posture training for athletes to maintain top condition

The movements found in top athletes are analysed from a functional anatomical perspective to refine the body's centre of gravity, axis and kinetic chain using a balance ball. The exercises enable body alignment correction, kinetic chain correction and agility enhancement, allowing for maximum performance improvement and top-condition maintenance in a short period of time.

1st Step : Correct negative kinetic chains resulting from muscle and fascia tension

1) Balance Ball YOGA / 6 sessions for Dynamic Postural improvement

In sports, repetitive movements can easily cause muscle strain and damage specific muscles.

The top players are better able to perform compensatory movements and maintain top performance by performing pain-avoiding movements. This leads to recurrent injuries and also causes a loss of form.

The Balance Ball YOGA method identifies changes in the kinetic chain and corrects the centre of gravity, body alignment and kinetic chain through appropriate training.

2nd Step : Massage to reduce pain and correct negative kinetic chain

Determine the cause of the negative kinetic chain from the movements during balance ball yoga training. The muscles and fascia causing the negative kinetic chain are identified, and deep-tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilisation are performed. This massage helps the body to maintain top performance, and balance ball yoga training corrects the kinetic chain.

3rd Step : Understanding sleep deprivation and postural stability

Sleep deprivation negatively impacts postural stability. Using your own Apple Watch, we will attempt to improve your posture through sleep analysis and training.

Physical pain, mental anxiety and unfamiliar sleeping conditions due to travel often prevent top performers from achieving top performance. Sleep data is used to analyse factors that interfere with sleep quality and train you how to prevent injuries and maintain top performance through better quality sleep.
