This course is ideal for people who want to improve their hunchback, improve body pain caused by poor posture or improve stability when walking. The course is also ideal for post-accident rehabilitation. The course improves poor posture through three approaches: simple posture improvement training using a balance ball, massage, sleep analysis and sleep training.
The programme is open to everyone as the lessons are tailored to your fitness level.

At RSM, we focus on three aspects to help you improve your poor posture:
1) Balance Ball YOGA 6 sessions for Posture improvement training
It has been proven effective for children with motor dysfunctions and for post-accident rehabilitation.
2) 4 Times Massage Sessions
Massage to reduce pain and stretching to improve movement. Depending on your own physical situation, the message can include a mixture of myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and joint mobilisation.
3) Sleep analysis and sleep training to influence postural stability.
Sleeping posture and body pain not only have a significant impact on the quality of sleep but also on everyday posture. Sleep analysis and sleep training can improve poor posture
