Balance Ball Yoga Professional's CourseIn the Balance Ball Yoga Professional's Course, you will continue to develop your practice as an art while also strengthening your body's Axis and Core. The philosophy of Balance Ball Yoga will be explored, while acrobatic movements are practiced to strengthen both your Body Axis and Core. All the exercises in the Professional's Course will greatly focus your concentration and coordination of movement. Students will evaluate their own progress by practicing Balance Ball Yoga in nature, which enables us to experience different angles and foster a strong connection with the earth.
Balance Ball Yoga Professional's Course will be taught at our main school in Chiang Mai, Thailand only. |

Teaching Method of Balance Ball Yoga Professional's CourseThe Balance Ball Yoga Professional's Course is comprised of increasingly advanced and challenging, yet enjoyable, exercises. The intensity and difficulty of the movements practiced by each individual will depend on each student's own ability and comfort level. Advanced techniques for alleviating specific body ailments and discomforts will also be taught. Additionally, helpful and personalized instruction on how to combine your knowledge of Body Axis and Core for your own specific purposes, such as sports, martial arts, or other physical activities, will be provided. |
