The exercises on the balance ball will help you to develop a correct understanding of spinal coordination that will enable you to locate your body core and assess body alignment. You will learn what kind of Balance Ball Yoga workout exercises you need to improve your posture and correct faulty movement. While practicing yoga positions on the balance ball, your spine will naturally realign itself and correct poor posture. This will enhance proprioception which is the kin-aesthetic sense within the body that recognizes changes in your posture and movement.

This course begins each day with a Balance Ball Yoga class. Students’ movements are analyzed and discussed to assess how the body core and alignment are functioning in the body. Each day, students focus on a different area of the body; they learn anatomy, how muscles and joints function and how to release tension for more effective results during exercises. All the exercises on the Posture Improvement Course will improve your concentration and coordination. Advanced techniques for alleviating specific body ailments and discomforts are also taught.
Soon after beginning this course, you will begin to experience many benefits including better coordination, improved concentration, enhanced strength, and more efficient movements in your daily life. This has a positive impact on the way you connect with the world around you.
Content 2 | Clinical Sessions
After the Balance Ball Yoga Classes, we will proceed with the clinical sessions. Using our knowledge of sports biomechanics and palpation, we will identify the location of thee trigger point, stiff muscle and limited ROM - Range of Motion, which causes poor posture and movement. After that, we will teach you how to treat those problems. Some effective massage tecnique from our motion analysis clinical massage will also be provided. This method dramatically rehabilitates the entire neuromuscular system using re-aligned posture and movement. We will tailor the course to suit your individual needs.
1 For the person who has limited Range of Motion (ROM) in the joints we will teach effective stretching technique with and without a partner. Stretches (individual and with a partner) are also used to maximize the benefits of the exercises. These stretches are designed to work in accordance with your individual ROM (Range Of Motion) and level of flexibility. Sometimes, to avoid compression o the joint by stretching, we focus on Active Soft Tissue Release for increased safety.
2 To gain wider Range of Motion in each joint for excellent physical performance, we use yoga massage for stretching. In addition , we apply direct stretching by applying oil to gain a wider range of motion. With this technique muscles are stretched and ROM (Range of Motion) is improved.
3 For the person who has poor posture and movement caused by tensed muscle or a trigger point, we will identify and inform you of the primary location by an anatomical approach, then we will teach you how to treat those problems to improve posture and movement.

The focus of study in this balance ball yoga posture improvement course is developing an anatomical approach to realignment of the body, rather than workout exercise by itself. Students develop an understanding of palpation methods and trigger points that will help them to achieve their individual goals.
In the Balance Ball Yoga Posture Improvement class, knowledge of functional anatomy is used for the improvement and realignment of your posture. Understanding functional anatomy is the key to understanding misalignment and trigger points in the body. To illustrate and develop an advanced understanding of the human anatomy, we use over 50 cadaver anatomy pictures.
