Vous pratiquerez davantages des positions acrobatiques tout en gardant votre esprit concentre et le plus longtemps possible.

Votre corps sera en totale correlation avec votre esprit ce qui vous permettra de relacher tous vos muscles et de ressentir un bien etre total.

Daytime Course: Monday to Friday, 01:00 P.M. - 02:00 P.M.
Saturday, 09:00 A.M. - 01:00 P.M.
New course starts every Monday at 01:00 P.M.
Course Fee:

4,800 Baht for 6 sessions (approximately $138 U.S.)

Not only are the exercises enjoyable, but they will also directly improve your ability to perform everyday activities or hobbies with increased ease and strength.

Techniques for alleviating specific body ailments or discomforts will also be taught. Additionally, making use of your Body Axis and Core for your own specific purposes, such as sports and martial arts, will be discussed.
