Dynamic Fluid MovementExcellent movements are smooth, well-balanced and powerful. Balance Ball Yoga was created from an analysis of the natural movements in humans and animals. For example, slow to fast, relaxed posture to powerful movement, attack to defence.. these are different movements but totally connected. Dynamic Fluid Movement is a smooth transition of power within a whole body movement. Combining correct posture and coordination for dynamic physical performance is usually only possible for top athletes after years of intense training. However, Balance Ball Yoga, especially advanced courses, focuses directly on helping you identify your own dynamic fluid movement as you practise movements to locate your core and effective body alignment. You can focus directly on your body alignment and core to enhance your ability to perform more efficiently without intense training or years of experience. Dynamic Fluid Movement dramatically improves daily movements and movements in particular activities such as, yoga, massage therapy, martial arts, and dancing. In order to have superior coordination and efficiency in movement, we must be aware of how our body's core and balance affect every single movement we make. |
