In the Balance Ball Yoga Basic Course, your instructor will explain the importance of making use of your Body Axis and Core, and you will practice concentrating and working from your body's centre. The Balance Ball has its own centre, and you will practice harmonizing your core with that of the ball in order to improve your coordination. The balance ball is included so fundamentally because by its nature it is always moving. Without sharp and focused concentration, you will immediately lose your balance and fall down with shaking muscles.
