Balance Ball Yoga combines Western and Eastern philosophies of healing. By practising Balance Ball Yoga, you will understand effective coordination and natural movement, whilst unlocking stores of previously untapped energy. You will have new realizations about your body’s potential as well as higher levels of personal confidence.
Controlling and balancing out the body opens the possibility of controlling and balancing out the mind, something that is particularly challenging in the modern world.

We will focus on how each segment of our body affects our posture and movement. Performing yogic positions on the Balance Ball means that your body will be re-educated and reorganize itself into the best position in each movement. To gain this best position, we practice many yogic positions on the balance ball. We use the knowledge of sports biomechanics to give you a deep understanding about how to make the fluid movement which will be found in top athlete. Through this course, your movement dramatically improved and you can maximize your ability of specific performance.

This course develops the skills learnt during the Balance Ball Yoga Basic Course to concentrate on a stronger awareness of body alignment. This is achieved through more complicated yogic movements on the ball that move the body core further away from the ball centre. The strong posture that you develop controls Dynamic Fluid Movement, by generating a resource of immense power that allows your movements to have greater force with less effort. Your body balance is dramatically improved by learning how to utilise head and shoulder movements for more effective spine coordination. Your daily movements become effortless and well-balanced, as you use the maximum potential of your whole body.
