Balance Ball Yoga Advanced Course

In the Balance Ball Yoga Advanced Course you will focus on using many sophisticated techniques to help you understand the importance of your body's Axis and Core. You will focus on strengthening your core, improving your ability to control your axis, and coordination of the axis and core together, by doing exercises with two balance balls at the same time.

Additional anatomical knowledge, as well as more advanced exercises and movements, will be taught to further your understanding of the importance of your body's core. Your instructor will explain about posture and left-right coordination, and how it can affect the power of your muscles.You will make immediate use of your new knowledge through increasingly intricate work with the Balance Ball.

Duration: 10 Sessions (10 hours)
Daytime Course: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m.-10 a.m.
New course starts every Monday at 9 a.m.
Weekend Course:

Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.-12 noon
New course starts every Saturday at 10 a.m.

Course Fee:

3,200 Baht (approximately $95 U.S.)

Teaching Method of Balance Ball Yoga Advanced Course

Your instructor in the Advanced Course will suggest specific areas for you to develop in order to improve your practice of Balance Ball Yoga. In addition, more advanced in-depth anatomical knowledge will be shared to further your understanding of the body's muscles.

Techniques for alleviating specific body ailments or discomforts will also be taught. Additionally, making use of your Body Axis and Core for your own specific purposes, such as sports, martial arts, or massage, will be discussed. Not only are all of the exercises enjoyable, but they will also directly improve your ability to perform everyday activities or hobbies with increased ease and strength.
